Just got back from a business trip, after boarding my three dogs for the first time at K&D firefly kennels. I have a foster dog that can sometimes be a handful, and not only did that not phase Denise, she offered me some WONDERFUL advice on how to manage some of her behaviors at home! When I dropped them off, we spent a little time there so the dogs could acclimate, and when I got back, we also spent a good amount of time going over the week. She sent photos during the week and provided updates. The dogs were all clean and happy at pick up! This is now absolutely my go-to spot for boarding! Thank you K&D!!
If I could give 10 stars, I would. Opal just came back from a weeklong board and train for service work and is incredible! Denise was super super nice to work with and just wonderful throughout the process. Highly recommend.
I cant wait to continue with my training for my pup! Denise is an awesome trainer. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
