First Choice Canine

I would choose First Choice Canine over and over again if I had too!!! KB and his team are absolutely brilliant in there field ! My girl Kiyah was VERY reactive towards pretty much everything people, dogs, other wildlife, passing cars etc. I could not let her meet people or have people come in my house because she would become very reactive and very intimidating ! She also had basic problems like pulling on the leash well walking, reactive in the car, only knew "sit" , and barking at anything and everything out the house windows. She spent approx 7 weeks in KB's facility and my baby girl Kiyah is just such a joy to be around now- I feel so much confident walking her and having her have interactions with people and other dogs- Even my boyfriend moved in and he can now enjoy Kiyah as well without thinking his face is going to be ripped off !!! :)She is just a joy to walk and she no longer jumps at cars or barks out the window !!They offer follow up sessions after training which is super helpful to stay updated and keeps my girl socialized, they truly don't want you to fail!! Seriously though there teamed saved my young adult life ! The team can help with anything from protection, tricks, aggression, and basic training so if your even thinking about something in that category please consider First Choice Canine as I believe they are the best ever!!

My dog Ozzie spent 4 weeks at First Choice Canine. I sent him at 8 months old. He is not only more obedient but he is a calmer dog overall. He works on and off leash very well. First Choice sent weekly updates and pictures. At the end of his stay we had two additional sessions which were really to help me be a better handler. I highly recommend First Choice Canine to anyone that is looking for a well behaved, responsive dog. Ozzie is the black lab in the photos, he is practicing with his friend.

Khaled and his team are amazing! We opted for the 4 week boarding program for our 1 year old dog. Every step of the way, Khaled and his team had very clear and consistent communication with us with weekly notes and pictures which helped us to see Finley's progress and keep us connected. When it was time to come pick him up, which went very quickly, we were amazed and impressed with Finley's attention, manners and his ability to respond to commands. What a huge difference to experience! We are able to have people come to the house without him jumping on them. He pays attention and is a joy to have around. Thank you for training Finley and for having such a professional approach to everything you do. I highly recommend First Choice Canine!!

We adopted our Doberman, Odin a few years ago and learned he was reactive, aggressive, and overall had issues adjusting to his environment. We knew he needed training from an experienced team familiar with his breed and the problems we were facing; we are beyond happy that we found First Choice Canine. The team had fantastic communication during the entire process and helped us better understand Odin and how to achieve a positive outcome for all of us. Odin's training brought out his best qualities and has given him and us the confidence to trust each other. We can bring him out around other dogs and people without him reacting or being aggressive; we can also walk him off-leash, something we never thought we would achieve. We will continue to follow the example they have set and participate in future training with them to help Odin and keep us on the right track. Highly recommend! 10/10 doesn't feel like enough.

Truly one of the best facilities and trainers we've met. KB and staff treat the dogs as their own and train each dog according to their personality. Piper is our 3.5 yr old lab mix rescue and she has always been anxious, sensitive, cautious and yet so sweet and happy since we got her. Once we got our new puppy, Whiskey, we saw he was taking on some of her traits. When Whiskey was 5.5 months old we decided we definitely needed help. We met with KB for a consult and knew immediately he was the one for the dogs, especially Piper. We boarded them for training for 5 weeks and what a difference!!!! KB and Ashleigh were fantastic with providing weekly updates, pictures and were always there should we have questions. Once the 5 weeks were over, we spent two sessions one on one with KB so he could train us as well and continue the progress. We also take the dogs to group classes when we can. Piper's confidence has skyrocketed, she can settle down in any situation and responds perfectly. She will always have an introverted personality, but seeing her progress and relax has been amazing. Whiskey is perfect with commands off leash and on, has manners, and is a typical happy goofy retriever puppy. We trust KB and his staff without question and have also boarded the dogs with them when we needed "babysitters". Highly recommend First Choice Canine!
