I have a pitbull/Belgian Malinois mix, which is a very high-energy dog. When I was initially looking for a trainer Jamal offered a free consultation. This was the thing that I noticed because when looking for a trainer not only does the trainer have to be a good fit with the dog also has to be a good fit. My puppy attended weekly training. He would pull, jump, and bite the leash and walking an 80 lb dog with these behaviors was impossible. We also set up scenarios specific to my dogs needs lime taking him to the park or pet store. My dog now has a better quality of life and is able to go on walks daily. And as an owner I can enjoy my puppy more when he is behaving. Jamal has also offered boarding services for my puppy. I'm extremely comfortable with leaving him while away on vacation because my puppy already knows Jamal and is comfortable with him. I truly believe if I had not received this training for my puppy there's a good chance that I may not still on him because of his previous out of control behaviors. I am truly grateful for finding Jamal and the services he has provided. I would absolutely recommend him looking for a dog trainer.

My Pit mix was absolutely crazy with a lot of energy! After taking him to First Line K9, he came home an absolute different dog! He knows different commands, listens extremely well, and is an overall better dog! Not only did they take absolute care of my dog during dog boarding, they came to my house immediately after I had an urgent emergency with my dog to help! They send videos, answer your calls while your pup is away, and are SUPER friendly! I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else! Thanks First Line K9 and Jamual for everything! Highly recommended!

I literally just had an assessment of my dog done by Jamaul and suffice it to say I was beyond pleased. What I thought would have needed weeks in boarding to correct was addressed in a matter of minutes. Jamal demonstrated his knowledge effortlessly, he was patient and attentive, honestly I might have gotten more training that the dog did during the assessment (lol). I have committed to work with Jamal in the very near future and would HIGHLY recommend him if you need or want to have your dog trained or even just an owner adjustment

My daughter came home at Christmas break from college and left her Golden-doodle with me - with no training!!! Stormi was a pup that I had previously considered “out of control”. I had gotten to the point where I was afraid to take her out for potty breaks - out of fear of encountering another dog. She would lunge and bark at everyone and everything. 😢 Jamaul gave me direction on how to potty train her which worked and has worked with Stormi on following my commands. From the onset, he assured me she was not a bad dog and simply needed to learn manners. When we first met, Stormi was immediately receptive to his commands and continues to be engaged and excited during our sessions with him. Today, my confidence level is wayyyyy up. I actually enjoy our walks. Now, when we encounter other dogs and their owners, she remains in total control and ignores the other dog if he/she begins to bark at her!!! This is something I NEVER thought would happen and find it very funny. Lol We are now working on her recall and focus. I’m so very proud of her. A few of my neighbors pointed out how far she’s come along and pointed out and raved on her progress. I am VERY SATISFIED and highly recommend First Line K9 without hesitation to anyone looking for a dog trainer. I never thought we’d see progress so fast!!! My one regret is not finding him sooner!!!
