She’s not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also an excellent communicator and listener. She took the time to understand my concerns, answered all my questions, and made the entire process feel easy and encouraging. Her calm, positive energy made a huge difference - my puppies responded so well to her techniques, and I felt more confident after each session.
