Heather Rush has been working with dogs and families for many years (since 2002), and it shows. Her classes are excellent: although they are structured she has the knowledge and flexibility to meet students & their dogs' needs. At the beginning of class, the student/family are asked how they are doing with practices... good(yay!) or are there any issues that needed to be addressed. She will blend those issues/questions into the class, in a way that is beneficial to the whole class. No question is ever considered a dumb question (though lord knows I have tested that). All instruction is very positive, kind, and often with humor.
Great instruction in a great, clean, well appointed facility. Heather does not have a single style of teaching, but adapts her lessons to her students' abilities/knowledge.
