I found Ray and Follow My Lead Dog Training online and decided to contact him based on reviews and I am so blessed I did. I lost my husband due to an unexpected illness and was overwhelmed with task of training our new German Wired Hair Pointer (Faith)Ray and I started with one on one training at home, then moved puppy training at his place. Ray and his team trained Faith and me at same time.They always have time and patience with all my questions, helped with leashes and collar selection. Faith has also done boarding when I had weddings or travel plans. ( They always kept me posted and sent pictures too) Faith continues to go to Ray and Follow My Lead for Pup walks / Doggie Daycare. I would not trust Faith with anyone else. If you want expert training that gives you personalized care for both your dog and family this is the place. They make you feel like family 💕

My friend recommended Ray to us when we were in desperate need of a trainer for our very rambunctious one-year-old Golden Doodle, Bentley. Ray immediately took on the challenge and had a great connection with Bentley. He consistently provided excellent guidance during our sessions, focusing on both training Bentley and teaching us. Ray even gave us homework to reinforce Bentley's progress between sessions and checked in with me during the week. In just a few months, Bentley showed remarkable improvement and learned new skills. We gained confidence and control, making it possible to have friends over without worrying about Bentley jumping all over them. I cannot say enough great things about Ray. A friend of mine recommended Ray when I got a new pup back in January. Ray has helped me tremendously with laying down the training foundations with Nova. He is extremely patient, kind, knowledgeable and is willing to help you and accommodate in any way he can. Nova has made such a huge improvement and is doing so well with her obedience training. I recommend Ray any chance I get. Nova still sees Ray for doggy daycare some days and i'm hoping to get her into his board and train program soon! I called Ray when I was in a very difficult place dealing with my Pomeranian mix after his neutering surgery. He was marking in the house and being aggressive, he also was not responding to my commands. Ray came by and not only helped me get the surgery suit off him but gave me valuable tips to get my dog under control. In just few days I have notice a drastic change for the better. I owe him a big thank you. He is reliable and knowledgeable and deserves the 5 stars We are both happy now!

We needed some major help with our boxer pup nipping and causing ruckus. We chose follow my lead and Ray is absolutely incredible. He knows what the dog needs almost immediately for training and is so compassionate. He works with you as a handler and makes sure you know exactly what you need to do to continue training at home. I couldn't be more grateful for Ray and helping us navigate training our pup! Couldn't recommend enough!
