At For Paws, we use a variety of positive reinforcement techniques and methods while watching or training your pet. We work with your dog’s natural instincts to encourage desired behaviors and promote a stronger bond with you and your family. We have found that positive reward-based training produces the best results. Your pet should never fear you or us when being watched or trained. Our trainers have learned to be creative and versatile using the best techniques and tools to create a positive learning environment to motivate both the dogs and their owner/handler.

I really appreciate this training center! Not only do they have a variety of class times for me to attend or trainers that are in tune with me and my puppy, they also helped me when my dog broke his leg. I thought we would have to stop training and all our progress would disappear, but our private lesson with Jim was so impactful for our home issues and in class they made adjustments tailored for my dog and his health issues.

Wonderful dog training facility! I’ve been taking my dog, Piper, here since April 2023 and have moved thru Puppy Culture, Level 1 and Level 2. Currently training at Level 3. I’ve worked with all 4 trainers and their trainee. They are all fabulous and bring their own unique skills to each class. My dog loves going to class! The community and training they have built is top notch. Highly recommend!

My dog has increased confidence, and so do I. As my pup outgrows puppy stage, we are becoming a stronger team. How far can we go? A therapy dog? SAR? Agility? Time will tell but these trainers will have made it possible.
