For the Love of Dogs & The Dog Tank

Do not do their dog classes!! We signed our 5 month old puppy up for their beginner obedience class. We were looking for more direction in his training and some more socializing for our puppy. This was not what we got from this class. The dogs were expected to sit on a platform for the whole hour without getting distracted or paying attention to the other dogs. This is not something that most puppies can do. The expectations of our puppy were that of a way more advanced class. The woman running the class was very rude and judgmental if your puppy did not behave perfectly. She brought in her own dogs and when our puppy attempted to go investigate (we had full control of our dog and he did not leave his platform) the instructor basically threatened our dog by saying “Your dog needs to not react to other dogs. My dog would see that as a threat and attack him.” She made this comment multiple times. If this was the case, this other dog had no reason to be in a room with restless, untrained puppies. We only attended two classes as it was extremely stressful for us and our puppy. I have tried many times to reach the owners to voice my complaints and see if we could get our money back, but they have been ignoring my attempts to reach them. DO NOT USE THEIR CLASSES.
