We entered a UKC Nosework Trial this weekend. July 6-7,2019. When we entered I knew we could have hot weather. With crating inside an air conditioned building, I thought our dogs would do alright for Exteriors and Vehicles if I put booties on their feet. I was totally blown away yesterday, the Trial host bought indoor outdoor carpet for the exterior search area to protect dogs feet. Way beyond expectations. Kudos to Nancy Reyes!

I brought my adopted dog there to have him evaluated for aggressive behaviors and look at options for training. They put him into two classes to "evaluate" him. He was not exposed to the concerns for which I brought him there. After the second class I was told they would call me back and go over options that hopefully would address those concerns, what would be best for the dog. They gladly took my money and I never heard back from them. I even called after a week to inquire about my situation and was told someone would call me back...again never heard from anyone. So after taking my money I was left with no help, no guidance, and not sure if I can/want to keep this dog since he still shows the behaviors that are a concern. I'm pretty old school so when someone says they'll call me back, I expect that they would call me back. So needless to say I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
