My puppy started here at 3 months and it’s been an absolute game changer. Joel, his wife, and the other trainers are fantastic. My dog gets excited as I pull up and I cannot get him out of the car fast enough.

Today I spent some time with Joel at Fortress K9 we started out the day by doing some stabilization work with my 9 month old Protection dog Chapo. We practiced teaching Chapo when to bite and when not to bite even if tempted. The exercises were very helpful and unlike anything I had seen before. Then we moved on to various send away bites with outs from a distance. Finally we moved on to more socialization and stabilization with the many other dogs that come to his regular Saturday training sessions. Chapo made tremendous progress today working around other dominant dogs. I highly recommend Joel for your dog training needs. He is very knowledgeable and if you like a no nonsense personality you won’t be disappointed. Tony Cooper
