We absolutely love Found Chicago Board & Train! They are truly the best, and we have so much peace of mind knowing Bruno is always so well taken care of. We trust and appreciate every staff member we’ve interacted with and, most importantly, everyone who takes the time to care for and get to know Bruno. One of my favorite things is seeing how excited Bruno gets every time we pull up whether it’s for daycare or boarding. He knows exactly where he’s going, and seeing him so happy and excited to be there is the best feeling and gives us so much comfort. He’s known by name, and you can genuinely tell that the staff knows him, cares about him, and treats him well. Our dog definitely has his quirks and can be a little on the high-maintenance side when it comes to his care, especially because of his IBD and breed. The Found team has always been so attentive and puts much love, patience, and effort into making sure he’s comfortable, happy, and well cared for while keeping us informed at the same time. We couldn’t be happier with Found Board & Train and are so grateful to have a place we can trust with our boy. We truly appreciate the entire team and everything they do for Bruno! ❤️🐾

I had an excellent experience with Found. I can't recommend my dog trainer, Juliana highly enough. She understood me, my dog Maisie and our issues instantly. Julianna actually recommended the veterinarian across the street, Heal, to have my nervous dog's blood drawn. She met us there, helped with the blood draw AND clipped my dog's dew claws while we waited for medication. Wonderful! Haliegh and a host of other assistant trainers and desk staff round out a knowledgeable and helpful group that really gets dogs. Maisie attended the three week adventure dog boarding and training, which includes follow-up classes and a home visit. Highly recommended.

Found has been such a gift for Maui. From the moment we found them, it’s been clear how much they genuinely care, not just about keeping him safe and happy, but about helping him grow into the best version of himself. Their trainers go above and beyond, working with Maui on his manners and skills even during regular daycare visits, not just formal training sessions. You can tell it’s not a job to them, it’s a real passion. Between the enrichment activities and the individual attention, Maui comes home tired, happy, and noticeably more confident every time. We’re so grateful to have found a place that treats him like family.

I highly recommend Found for training. Soon after I adopted my 3 y.o. dog, I discovered Bailey had big trust issues that manifested in biting when trying to touch her body and use equipment (e.g. collars, muzzles). Justin helped me change her collar even before she started training and after her modified boot camp, we have training rituals where I can repeatedly change her collar where she's actually eager to keep practicing. She's also more calm, and I've been given the tools and resources to keep her training going. Thank you so much! Three years later Bailey still goes to daycare at Found a few times a week and boards there when I go on business trips and vacations. Found continues to provide excellent service - they take great care of her and let me know if they observe any changes in her behavior. The best thing I can say is that I have peace of mind when Bailey is in their care.
