I am so glad we found Foundation K9. Our 1 year old male German Shepherd was 100+lbs of pure chaos. We struggled to train him effectively. Enter Jim and his staff. We put Remy in a 4 week off leash residency program and he has emerged a completely different dog. Still the same goofy, sweet boy but so well mannered. He listens to commands, has excellent recall, and we can be confident when he is off leash. The staff is amazing, facilities are immaculate, and training is extremely effective. Plus they take the time to train us on how to maintain the same level at home. I can't say enough good things. If you are on the fence, don't wait.

We would highly recommend Foundation K9. They did a great job training my unsocialized GSD and began training on an e-collar after one session. My dog’s reactivity to squirrels and other dogs diminished significantly in a short amount of time.
They have been doing this for years, have great expertise and a great disposition (cool, calm and collected) for training any dog.
They even allowed my other dogs to come to a training to gave us tips to slowly get them all integrated with one another.

These folks are the best. As much as teaching the dogs, they teach you how to effectively communicate with them in order to get the desired behavior. Highly recommend!

If your looking for training for your fur baby, look no further. Foundation K9 is the best! Jim is a fantastic trainer, and really knew how to handle my 100lb Doberman. Highly recommend!!

I can not express how happy I am with Foundation K-9. Everyone was very nice, knowledgeable and caring. They listened to my concerns about my dog Frank. They helped in training me also. So, I could continue training Frank to become the best dog he could be and relieve some of his anxiety to noises and other dogs. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.
