Hello Jessica - I am sorry our delay in responding to your email sent Monday night (your first contact with us about these lessons in over a year) has been disturbing to you. My staff forwarded me your email and I read it Tuesday morning. As our staff explained to you twice, you purchased this package of 3 half-hour private lessons just shy of 2 years ago (11/2/2020). They do expire in 1 year, which to us seems pretty reasonable. We heard nothing from you about these lessons after your first one on 6/27/21 (after the first one scheduled for 11/2020 was cancelled by you) until Monday night, when we received your email asking about them. When I received copies of the 2 emails you sent explaining all the reasons why you weren’t able to use them, I needed to review the events. Unfortunately, this week I started treatments for cancer so I was delayed. It’s unfortunate to me that after almost 2 years, a slight delay of less than 3 days and no second attempt to contact us resulted in your negative review on two major review sites. We have worked in good faith to support you and your dog and have even made exceptions to our policies for you in the past. Since it seems that we are unable to meet your expectations, I will be refunding the balance of your package. As this transaction was almost 2 years ago, I will need to mail you a check. Please update me if your address has changed. I wish you luck with Mickey, and hope you can find the help it sounds like he needs.
