My dog and I have completed 3 individual obedience/manners/tricks sessions and one group manners session in 3 years before tackling Canine Good Citizen. Terri is phenomenal! She talks about psychology and the root of the issues that Ruger had, and she helped me work through puppy socialization, teenager obnoxious behaviors, and helped reveal how smart and motivated he is to learn. We worked hard at his Canine Good Citizen class and test with Terri, and his foundation of manners and tricks really assisted him when it came time to pass his test. Terri did make sure he did the work and earned his certificate, and Ruger is a balanced, social, and trained dog because of her help! I highly recommend FoxGem!

We met Terri about 15ish years ago in 4-H dog training and have trained multiple dogs with her over the years! We currently have two 9 month old Goldens, Dutton & Carley, who absolutely adore Terri. We get so many compliments on their manners out in public and it truly is all thanks to Terri! Whether they’re learning adorable tricks and earning titles, learning body awareness or just managing the crazy puppy behaviors, we are always having FUN! She is so knowledgeable and always willing to take time to help with specific issues you are facing. I love Fox Gem. Terri is a great instructor. I came to her with our new rescue dog Luna. Luna is a small American Eskimo and terrier mix. She was one year old. She had some issues. She would air snap at our faces because she was scared. She would bark at other dogs and try to get away off the leash. Then of course leash walking, crate and potty traing. We started training in June. Little did we know this is the smartest little dog we have ever had. We registered her as a mix breed with AKC. We started trick training with Terri and by the end of July Luna had earned two trick dog titles. She has earned a third trick dog title and just finished a manners class with other dogs. It is amazing to see her progress. There are no more air snapping and she is a wonderful cuddle bug. We are starting a games class soon. It is amazing what all you can learn to do with your dog. It's a great bonding experience! Thank you Terri for all you have done and continue to do for Luna and I. She is a totally different dog.

We brought Willy to Terri I think at 4 months, he is now 11 months. She was very honest and up front with us on our first visit how she trains us humans to be good parents. We have done private lessons with her and have done 1 manners class which we are part of now. She truly is amazing on all aspects of her knowledge and most of all her LOVE for dogs and all animals. It's pretty to cool to be part of a class with 4 dogs including Willy to see how it all works together with Terri leading us humans. Willy has also stayed for vacation in their home! We never worried knowing he is very well taken care of and we do have to admit Willy loves Miss Terri!!! We know Willy is a better puppy and soon to be adult because of her training. She makes training fun for all of us. We look forward to what is ahead of us with her guiding. Truly recommend using FoxGem for help in training your pups.
