I have been raising dogs since I was a little boy & over the last years 50+ years, have developed the gift of being able to understand them, their body language, and in essence, the ability to communicate with them on some level. After I retired, I decided to put my "gifts" and abilities to formal use and after a year of studies and exams with Animal Behavior College, I became a certified dog trainer. Using non-aversive positive reinforcement, I teach dogs basic behaviors such as sit, stay, come, down, etc. and help dogs with undesirable behaviors learn alternate more rewarding acceptable behaviors. In addition, my specialty is working with fearful dogs and dogs with aggression issues, with numerous hours of experience in doing so.

Fred is the dog whisperer! We have a husky foster and three other of our own dogs and we are trying to blend another one into our pack. Fred understands dogs, more importantly he understand shelter dogs. He knows how to communicate with them and us and the family. Adopting a dog into a family is a long commitment and getting dog training is a priority. He is reasonable in his prices. He is worth every penny. We will continue to use his services as we need the help!

Freddie speaks Dog My pup & I met with Freddie today because I had concerns about some behaviors my shelter dog has been exhibiting. Freddie responded to my inquiry quickly, Professionally & with compassion.
When he arrived @ our door, my pup who is skiddish around stringers, Barked & Barked @ him however, within minutes this puppy was sitting in front of Freddie, wagging his tail to my amazement.
during the visit, Freddie explained everything he was going to do & why. He also listened to my concerns then demonstrated ways to help my puppy which completely put us both @ ease.
Freddie is a great teacher & put my mind @ ease giving me Hope where I needed it. I was amazed as I watched him connect with my pup, it was almost like they spoke the same language.
He also brought me information on this specific breed which helped explain many things about where the breed originated, what they were raised for, why they do certain things. This was above & beyond what one would expect on initial consultation.

We have intigraded each lesson into our daily lives & people around us, (including the groomer) have noticed the progress my Prince is making. Before Freddie's guidance & teaching, I was wandering around in the dark trying to figure out how to help this puppy.

Freddie did a great job traveliing to the desert and assessing my fearful dog. He was able to show me some tips on how to offset her fear and hopefully allow her to integrate into a family.

We are very pleased with the training that we received from Freddie. Freddie is reliable, efficient and works well with our dog, Star. Our new dog has learned how to do all the basic training techniques. We highly recommend him. At the end of the training, we received 8x10 portraits of Star with our family and a professional training certificate. This training was well worth the money

Freddie KNOWS dogs, dog energy! Helped us with a fearful dog today. Just hours after he left us with new tools, we were able to calmly get dog outside without panic, and no growling! Amazing talent, generous with his knowledge and a real pleasure to know.
