Wayne completely changed our family in the best way! We had a 3 year old dog and brought home a Great Dane puppy. About 6 months into the new dynamic, our dogs were getting into fights almost daily. Over toys, affection, and food. We started going to Wayne and he walked us through what was happening with the dogs, and most importantly a roadmap to training the two dogs to get along. As soon as we started going to private lessons with Wayne, the dogs stopped fighting. We go every 1-2 weeks to see Wayne and the dogs and humans love him! The dogs get training time, Wayne helps explain to us as humans what’s happening with the dogs and why, and the dogs get a little play time with him too. 10/10 would recommend Wayne to EVERYONE. We are so thankful Wayne helped create a positive pack environment and dynamic for our family. Our dogs are back to being best friends and no longer fighting.

We started working with Wayne over a year ago after a bad experience with a well known training company. As with all things in life, there is no “magic pill” when it comes to dog training, which we learned the hard way. Our rescue started with little to no basic manners and a few behavioral issues, as well as a negative imprint with e-collars from the previous training facility. Wayne has guided us through all of these issues and more, while also helping us develop an amazing bond with our dog. He is truly a dog whisperer! He does not take a “one size fits all” approach to training, and will modify activities based on your dog’s unique personality. The lessons and general advice he has given us have truly been invaluable. Although the end goal of training is typically to graduate, I hope we never do because we love attending class!

Wayne is by far the best trainer we have ever worked with. After adopting our doberman a little over a year ago we tried several trainers to help with obedience and anxiety issues. While they helped with some basic obedience, we still struggled with getting our dobie to walk on a leash and extreme reactivity to other dogs. Wayne knew exactly how to improve our dog's behavior, and what we needed to do to help our dog succeed. He really understands dogs. Best of all, our dog loves training with Wayne, she enjoys every session.

We reached out to Wayne after seeing positive reviews for Freedom K9 and we were not disappointed! Wayne is knowledgeable, patient with both dogs and owners, and really takes the time to ensure we have the tools to keep improving. We brought him Finn, a fearful 1 year old cavapoo with behavioral issues and after a couple months of private sessions, we have basic commands down and we can see Finn is more confident. We took Finn to the groomer for the first time since we started training with Wayne and they said he was a completely different dog. Our only regret is that we didn’t reach out sooner but we look forward to continuing our training with Wayne!
