Frequency Canine Dog Training

This is going to be a winded one, but bear with me. This all started when I had a terrible car accident, I suffer from PTSD from the incident, which plays into why I got a dog in the first place. Ever since then I have had seizures, and pain. When I got Nala, I got her with the intent of making her a service dog, and thought that I could train her the basic stuff, but what I failed to comprehend was that she was an Australian Shepherd. I thought If I watched every video and read every book I could control her energy and gusto while also taking care of my sick father. Nala had a bunch of issues starting out because of her environment, that of which caused aggression, loud intolerable barking and whining. Everyone in my family was telling me to get rid of her, she was an unruly dog who didn't care. I decided to put my pride aside one day and I chose Total Dog to work with and help me understand what I was doing wrong, right off the bat their staff was truly so understanding and empathetic. They adapted to my situation and mapped out a plan to work with Nala, and I got matched with Luisa. Luisa held me accountable comfortably and worked with me to be a better person to a dog that was only trying to figure out the world. Ever since, Nala has changed and grown into a dog that I have confidence in, that shows great potential to be an amazing service dog, and will save my life one day, thanks to them. If you are having doubts, get rid of them and put faith in these people! It is so worth the price.

We've been searching for a training course that would help our two pups, a 7 month old German Shepherd and a 5 year old Australian Shepherd, better behave, whether that be at home or out on the town. After trying techniques we read online or in books, as well as going to a group dog training class, we found that their behaviors were still not improving that way that we had hoped. Finding Total Dog and working with Brigid has been a game changer. In the short period of time that we've been training, we have seen a remarkable difference in demeanor, attentiveness, and their ability to be less reactive. Brigid has been great and we can't recommend her enough. We're looking forward to continuing our training and unlocking our dogs' true potential.

Bridgette was very professional and clear as she demonstrated the most basic thing of entering the home with a dog overstimulated and jumping. In matter of moments she had my dog responding in a calm way. Unfortunately my budget does not allow for this investment at this time. I would recommend others to give them a call. The couple of tips she gave have already made a difference in Remmington! (and in me)

Bridgit at Total Dag is awesome. My rescue Jax was hyper and had behavioral issues. Not only does the trainer help with the dog, but they train the owners as well, big key difference. A combination of hands on training in your environment and the tools provided has turned Jax into a Total Dog. I am constantly getting compliments on how well behaved Jax is. It has been an amazing experience and I highly recommend Total Dog and Bridgit. Well worth the price, I will definitely call them again.
