Fresh Canine Training Academy

Our 8-month-old mini Dachshund, Lloyd, has been part of the Fresh Canine family through the Puppy Explorer Program, Teenage Life Skills, and now Continuing Education. The Puppy Explorer Program gave him a safe space to socialize, build confidence, and create a great foundation for his continued training. As first-time puppy owners, Fresh Canine has been such a huge help in making sure Lloyd is building good habits and giving us the tools to help him succeed. The whole team is so knowledgeable and caring. On top of all that, Lloyd absolutely loves going! He gets so excited every time we pull into the parking lot. It’s also a nice way to burn some of his energy off while mom and dad are working! We couldn’t recommend the Fresh Canine team more!

My experience at Fresh Canine has been outstanding. My dog started in the Puppy Explorer class at 12 weeks. Junie, a mini Bernedoodle is now 7 months old and doing so well. Big shout out to Charlotte & her team for keeping me sane through the puppy months. Trainer Abi has worked wonders with Junie & is so helpful when training us as well! Junie has gone from nipping & ripping our clothes to going on an off leash hike with Abi today. Looking forward to continuing our training with Fresh Canine.

I had a very unique experience with Fresh Canine Training Academy. Earlier this year, Centennial High School was looking for a dog to play Toto in their production of “The Wizard of Oz”. Charlotte generously offered us her personal dog, Rodeo. She then worked with the actors and production crew, most of whom had little experience with dog behavior or training. She helped them to understand how to best interact with Rodeo while respecting her limits. They worked through normal circumstances and also with loud music, stage lighting, and characters in costume. It was exceptional, and Charlotte and Rodeo truly elevated the performance to a level that I never expected.
