I went by here in the summer. I think only 2 people were working- I met Mikayla and Maura. These ladies were SO nice SO professional SO knowledgeable SO efficient! Answering all my questions while they worked & making it look effortless (minus the sweat!). Mine was a preemptive visit, I didn't have a dog yet, but still I was treated as a VIP. I tell anyone with pets about From the Heart lol. I really can't praise the exceptional level of customer service enough.

Mikaela is the best; she's always on point with all the dogs knowing what and where they need to be at whatever time of day, and she's overall awesome! All the girls, or should I say ladies, are great over there, they treat the dogs like kings and queens lol but I always see her working hard to wrangle these dogs in.

One of the rare dog care places that open at 6am and close at 6pm so that I can drop off before work and return after work without any cares about being rushed. Our dog Daphne comes back TIRED every day because she gets so much play. Never have any issues with her coming back injured since they are pretty particular about the dogs they accept. I feel like they also understand the dogs in the sense that they've told me they give her breaks when she is getting played out! Everyone here is so kind. We love this place!

Zero stars. I used to bring my pup here, i had to stop. Warning all my friends as well. Be VERY aware, the older female employee is always drunk on the job. So, if you care about your dog(s), and their safety, don't come here. I don't understand why the business owner would allow such unethical and unprofessional behavior. Barbara, do better.
