Front Range Dog Training

I recently enrolled my Labradoodle in Front Range Dog Training and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. After the first day of training I could already see improvement since my dog was calmer and already had some of the basics down. Each week I noticed big improvements and even now that he’s completed the formal training he continues to improve each day. If anyone is thinking about training for your dog I highly recommend Front Range Dog Training.

We took our dog Jameson because he was chewing through everything in our house constantly, despite proper exercise daily. In one week the chewing decreased and by the 3rd session he had stopped completely. Our dog went from easily overstimulated and anxious to calm and content. We felt like the training was very comprehensive and we were given great resources in support of our needs to help Jameson.

Shortly, after retirement, at the age of 70, we Decided that we would get our last puppies of our lives. But we would need dogs that were under control because we were getting older. We worked with Michael on our springer spaniel starting when he was six months old. And then with Michael again on our lab puppy. At this point they can be walked without pulling us over and, more importantly to us, we could take them off leash and feel confident they would return when called. I have known Michael Perry with Front Range Dog Training for almost a decade and strongly recommend his company for dog training. Michael facilitates a weekly puppy socialization class at our clinic, Foxtail Pines Veterinary Hospital. These classes are designed to encourage proper socialization of puppies ages eight to sixteen weeks of age. The classes help with healthy development of interdog behaviors, and Michael provides training strategies for owners who have their first puppy, and for those who need a refresher. Michael’s system for training is practical, gentle and very effective. Clients who have had their puppy participate in these classes and those who have hired Michael for more thorough training, have a strong bond with their dog, and it is exceptional how well behaved and relaxed the dog is at the vet clinic as a patient throughout the stages of their life.
