Full Circle Obedience

Elizabeth, Due to COVID-19 and the orders put in place, Full Circle made the difficult decision to postpone several classes, including your class which was set to begin April 11. Since then, Full Circle has been mindful of this unprecedented situation and tried its best to make decisions representative of its priority, engaging in quality training for Oklahoma dog owners. During this time, Full Circle has made every effort to stay in communication with its clients and keep them apprised of the plan. As such, Full Circle informed you on April 8th that your class was postponed to May 2nd, and emailed on April 29th about what to do and bring on the first day of class for May 2nd. You replied to the April 29th email that you would like a refund and that you would be traveling out of state, 3 weeks after you were first contacted regarding the schedule change. You received 3 phone calls and voice messages were left for us to discuss the refund policy. When we got in touch we discussed accommodations per our refund policy since you gave us 48 hours notice you would not be able to attend the May 2nd class. We offered to transfer your enrollment to another upcoming class or to schedule a makeup session. We offered this option to every client that was in your same position. In communications prior to your review post, Full Circle thought we had resolved the issue. Full Circle will be happy to accept you and your dog in any future class, whether it be in person, or through a digital platform.
