Full Service Canine

My experience with Full Service Canine has been life changing! I have a highly reactive/anxious Jack Russell breed and have worked with several trainers without success. With John Malcolm, I have been able to take my pup off all his anxiety meds and he proudly walks the crowded streets of Bay Head without reaction (he even earned a pup cup from the ice cream man)! Being able to conquer his fears has allowed Scout the time for fun, like agility! John goes above and beyond for the dogs and he truly loves his job. He was so patient with Scout and incredibly knowledgeable. Everyone said that training a Jack Russell would be an impossible feat, but not with John. I would 100% recommend him for any training needs!

If 10 stars was an option, then I’d be giving Full Service a 10! I was referred to Mike through a work colleague. I explained to him what we were experiencing with our 4 year old German Shepherd, Scout, (who is already trained to a high level) and Mike immediately started to provide me with some things to start working on with him. After doing so for a few weeks, we then incorporated Eddie Rolan into the process. I opted for the board and train program, and could not be happier with the results. Mike and Eddie’s commitment to Scout’s succes and my family’s peace of mind makes me want to continue to refer Full Service to all of my friends, family and colleagues. This company treats your dog as if they were bringing them into their own home, and the dog certainly senses this type of focus. Scout’s response to honing up on some of his previous training and incorporating some new techniques was extremely successful. I cannot thank Mike and Eddie enough, and if you want the best training available for your dog, look no further than Full Service.

Malcom is absolutely the best! I cannot speak highly enough of his expertise and dedication. His genuine love for animals shone through every interaction, creating a positive and enjoyable training experience for both our dog and us. He provides valuable insight into your animals behavior and he tailors training to meet the needs of each dog and their owners. He provided clear and detailed explanations of training techniques, ensuring that the owners understand each step of the process. His guidance extends beyond the training sessions as he offered valuable insights, resources and ongoing support to help us maintain the progress made. Overall, our experience with Malcom was a fantastic one and I 10/10 recommend him as your dog trainer. You get nothing but the best with him!
