At Fully Loaded K9 Academy here in Cabot, we do our best to be upfront and consistent with our boarding and scheduling policies for every dog and every family. Our boarding deposits are used to secure a kennel space and hold it exclusively for your dog, and while the policy was explained during booking, I understand your concern about wanting to see it listed online. That’s on us, and we are updating our website so it is clearer for all clients moving forward. Regarding the drop-off time adjustments, we work hard to accommodate every client’s needs while also making sure all dogs in our care receive safe, structured attention. Our current location does come with plenty of real-world noise and distractions from the nearby highway onramp, but we actually use that to our advantage during K9 training and dog obedience work. It helps dogs learn how to focus even when the environment isn’t quiet or predictable. I’m happy to hear that our guidance and tips were helpful as you build structure and confidence with your dog! Working with a smart, energetic Giant Schnauzer pup like Zee was a blast, and I’m proud of the progress she made throughout her K9 training and dog obedience work.
