After our first training experience went south as the trainers showed much bias against our pit mix, we sought out other trainers and found Holly. I am so glad that we did! She is very knowledgeable and was able to explain the different postures our dog was exhibiting and gave us some great insight on what our boy is communicating. In just 6 sessions he’s self correcting, less reactive and MUCH more manageable and enjoyable to walk! We will be continuing on to the next level and I would definitely recommend Furry Tail training to anyone who is interested in learning to be a pack leader and truly communicate with their fur baby.
I just finished the Bronze level puppy course with Furry Tail Dog Training. Holly was great with my dog Sophie. We both learned so much. I will definitely come back for the Silver level.

Holly’s reward based training, set in a beautiful public park, is a great way to get results! She always went above and beyond for me. We worked on everything from basics to things that were concerns of mine that were not on the program. I’m happy to say after the bronze coarse my once leash pulling, misbehaving pit bull puppy is now a attentive, well behaved in public, good leash walking girl! I got 2 older dogs from the pound in Aug. Seeing they needed training really bad I contacted Holly from Furry tails dog training. Holly was good about meeting with us, and getting us started in a class right away. Holly worked with each dog in the class individual with owner, and as a group. She is very calm and will think of different techniques so your god will succeed.
