We’ve had a wonderful experience with both the personal training and boarding services at Furrytales. When we adopted our timid dog Maple in December, we struggled to understand her unique needs and help her feel comfortable in her new home. Amanda came to our house for a training session and it made a huge difference. She helped us better understand Maple’s behavior, pointed out things we might have been doing that were unintentionally stressing her out, and showed us what to do instead. She also gave us practical guidance on building trust, strengthening our bond, and the basics of effective training. Since that session, our relationship with Maple has improved so much. We later boarded Maple with Furrytales in February. Because Maple had a difficult adjustment when we first adopted her, we were very nervous about changing her environment again. The staff at Furrytales were incredibly accommodating and thoughtful. They carefully followed our instructions, kept us updated, and gave us complete peace of mind knowing Maple was being well taken care of. We will definitely be boarding Maple with them again!
