Furst Steps is here to teach and guide puppies & pet owners through the tough stages of puppyhood by providing services and a helping hand regarding proper nutrition, chews/treats, toys, training, socialization, and more. Our training programs are science-based, positive focused and taught by a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA). Socialization is so much more than just meeting new people and other dogs and we want to help show you why it makes a difference. We incorporate your puppy’s five senses into our program before, during and after their Critical Socialization Period to help ensure they will be well-socialized & well-rounded dogs. We are here to give your puppy positive, enriching, and exciting experiences.

Can I give 10 stars? If I could I would. The experience we had with Furst Steps, Alex, Jay, and the whole team was nothing short of amazing. Right from the orientation they made us feel comfortable leaving our new puppy with them. They listened to our needs and what we felt like we needed the most help with. Our puppy, Otis, completed both the fursery school and first grade programs and came out with so much knowledge and confidence. To this day, he gets so excited every time we pull into the parking lot whether it be for a group class or a trip to the farmers barket. Thank you so much for all you did and continue to do with Otis.

I don't have enough words to describe how utterly amazing the experience we had with First Steps. My puppy was a typical pup doing all the things new pups do. After his time in Fursury School and then completing the Furst Grade program, his progress is leaps and bounds above anything is anticipated! Such an elite level of training. After his time at Furst Steps both our and his experience is the best it can be. I highly recommend this school for all your training needs!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Furst Steps puppy training/daycare! Alex, Jay, and the rest of their terrific staff are absolutely the best! I can leave my fur baby in their care with complete confidence.
