Please be aware!! These folks were super nice in the beginning, but our puppy was attacked at a dog daycare in Loveland! Brutally attacked! Obviously this caused some behavior changes we were working thru! Our pup needed PT before we could start training! They first suggested we use a muzzle to train him! He was biting at times but that had stopped! His behaviors have gotten better since we first spoke with these folks! I thought we were on board and were getting ready to on board Atlas into their program, sent vaccine records and was waiting to here back from them! They called and said they felt another training facility would be better for Atlas, they didn't think they could help us! Why? No explanation! I was stunned! Atlas is a mini Australian Shepherd! He is the sweetest pup in the world who had a major trauma at a young age! It's been 3 months and already we have seen his behaviors getting better and better but want to keep moving forward! Was completely blown away by these folks response! It's sounds super common for reverse behaviors after such a brutal attack, and any dog trainor should be able to help! The pup does not have a mean bone in his body other than when he's playing super hard, but is easily redirected! Was looking forward to working with these folks, but apparently they were not looking forward to working with us or even eager to try and help us! 😢
We worked with Sophia and she was great. Always explaining what I as the owner needed to work on rather then just saying my babygirl wasn't listening. She took the time and steps to not just throw my dog into a shock collar like the last trainer I used did. I'd highly recommend this facility and their staff
Decided to get some extra training since my dog is a therapy dog at a fire station and I couldn’t have chosen a better team!!! The girls are awesome! Sofia listens to you and makes your goals her goals. It was a 6-week day program TOTALLY worth it.
Such knowledge and kind trainers!! We have taken 2 of our dogs through their training and I truly have no complaints! They helped personalize the training for our needs as well between our two dogs. One a puppy, and one an adult!
