Genius Dogs Training

me and my girlfriend rori brought our dog oakley to training because he was very anxious and needed help working through some of the triggers he had with certain things. Brian helped oakley work through every single thing he was struggling with. He was very patient with oakley and gave him all the tools he needed for success! He is very focused on how the dog feels and how to make him feel comfortable with what we’re asking him to do. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go to him for training! oakley has improved so much since we started training! He just graduated today! The relationship me and rori have with oakley aswell has very much improved now that we were taught to interact with oakley in a way that makes him more happy and comfortable!

Couldn't be happier! We never thought we could get our dog to walk after being traumatized by various noises in our little town (fireworks, loud cars/motorcycles, etc.). Once Brian gave us the tools to work with Molly she now walks with confidence. We had an opportunity to use this this past weekend, an extremely loud and rude motorcyclist gunned his engine right next to us, and once I started to use the tools Brian gave us Molly was right back on track. It is really about training owners as much as the dog, and Brian knows his stuff!

I cannot say enough about my positive experience with Brian at Genius Dogs! From our very first conversation, to our last, Brian has made me feel great about my decision to entrust my puppy’s training to him! He has such a calm and patient demeanor, it’s obvious to see why a dog would respond to him! He’s also so thorough and great at explaining the whys and hows of getting your puppy to respond to you! I had a lot of choices when I began the journey of looking for a trainer, especially since I was an hour away in New Albany, but I would drive twice as far if I had to, to have my dog with Brian at Genius Dogs!
