Steven is one of the most professional and caring persons. From his ability to work with some of the most problematic dogs, to training dogs that need some structuring, he is able to handle them all. From day one when I met him, I could tell he was genuine. Always kept eye contact and asked me alot of questions to try to get to know everything about my dog. Best in the business
Steven has worked with me and my dog since 2021 and I have no regrets. The training helped not only with leash training, door control, process for stranger introduction, impulse control but most importantly tempering his defensive drive. Stephen was an integral part of Mavericks training. He would not be the dog he is today without his help! We adopted Maverick at 12 weeks and by 5 months he developed a severe issue with resource guarding and aggression. I was afraid to approach him and didn’t know what to do. Stephen allowed us to begin training right away despite Mavericks young age and we are so thankful that he did. He is now the happy, confident, well mannered dog we always dreamed he would be. Investing in Mavericks training and in Stephen really changed everything. I could not recommend him more!
Stephen was a last resort for my dog. She was too aggressive to bring to our summer camp. Stephen was the third trainer we went to and after one home visit I was in control of my dog. Three years later I can still count on Stephen to help with any concerns I may have. Best decision I ever made and worth every penny.
