My wife and I adopted a Belgian Malinois from a rescue. For the most part she was a good dog but we had some issues that we couldn’t solve. I genuinely entertained the idea that her issues were impossible to fix. But I’m happy to report that GIFMAF proved that idea to be false. I am thoroughly impressed with the expertise of the trainers at GIFMAF. Our trainer, Adrian, did wonderful with our pup and also was incredibly helpful with training my wife and I in the appropriate manner to handle our dog moving forward. It is clear that they care about what they do and they are committed to setting you up for success. Worth every penny.

I cannot say enough good things about GIFMAF in Wesley Chapel and the incredible experience we had with our dogs, Rose and Blue. From day one, the communication was exceptional. Every single day, we received updates along with adorable videos showing our puppies’ progress. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing exactly how they were doing and seeing firsthand how much care, attention, and effort was being put into their training. The team was always reassuring, transparent, and genuinely invested in our dogs’ success. One thing that impressed me most was the variety of experiences they were exposed to. Rose and Blue trained around alpacas, turtles, parrots, ducks, and many other distractions. That kind of real-world exposure helped build confidence and reliability in ways I never expected. What truly sets GIFMAF apart is how much they care about results. They even extended our dogs’ 30-day training free of charge to continue working on confidence and make sure the training was solid. That level of commitment is rare. For context, Rose and Blue are American Staffordshire Terrier and American Pit Bull Terrier mixes with very high prey drives. Before training, wildlife could easily grab their attention. Today, they barely react to lizards. Their heel is excellent, they sit patiently, wait at thresholds, walk beautifully on leash, and behave wonderfully in public. We are constantly stopped by people asking who trained them because they are so impressed by their manners. As owners of bully breeds, having well-behaved dogs is especially important because these breeds are often judged unfairly. The training has given us confidence and helped our dogs become wonderful ambassadors for their breed. If you’re worried training will turn your dog into a robot, don’t be. Rose and Blue came home and remained the same loving, goofy, playful dogs they have always been. The difference is that they now understand expectations and make better choices. I also appreciated the honesty throughout the process. While Rose was in training, she developed seasonal allergies. The staff immediately informed us, cared for her, and kept us updated. We always felt informed and supported. The pickup session was extensive but incredibly valuable. Adrian spent a great deal of time answering questions from both me and my boyfriend. What stood out most was that he doesn’t just train dogs; he trains owners. He helped us identify habits that could unintentionally contribute to problem behaviors and taught us how to maintain the progress our dogs had made. There was a learning curve with the e-collar, but Adrian explained everything thoroughly. The goal is not lifelong dependence on the collar but clear communication, reliability, and safety. Consistency isn’t always easy, but the results are worth it. Marianna was also fantastic. She was flexible whenever we needed to adjust pickup or drop-off times and always communicated promptly through WhatsApp and text. Perhaps the most telling thing is that the support didn’t end when the training ended. We still have two other puppies in training, and whenever we have questions about Rose and Blue, the team is available to help. If I had one small suggestion, I would love to see more before-and-after footage showing dogs’ struggles before training and their progress afterward. However, I completely understand that creating that content takes additional time. Overall, GIFMAF exceeded every expectation. They didn’t just train our dogs; they gave us the tools and knowledge to continue succeeding at home. Their communication, professionalism, flexibility, expertise, and genuine care for both dogs and owners are second to none. Thank you to Adrian, Marianna, and the entire GIFMAF team for helping Rose and Blue become the amazing dogs they are today. We are incredibly grateful and would recommend GIFMAF without hesitation to anyone looking for life-changing dog training. Years from now, the value of this training will still be evident every time we take them anywhere with ease!

Jeremiah is our 3 year old Anatolian/Great Pyrenees rescue livestock guardian dog who we adopted in May of 2025. Jeremiah apparently suffered significant trauma prior to us taking him in he was very skittish, showed food aggression, would not listen and would not allow us to clean his ears which was a huge problem due to his chronic ear infections. Because he would not allow us to touch his ears our vet was required to sedate him in order to treat him. Since this was not a long term solution, our vet recommended we have him trained or re-home him. One of the trainers they recommended was GIFMAF and we were so fortunate they did. From the first phone consultation with Mariana we knew we had come to the right place. Mariana was fantastic and explained everything to us, we never felt pressured or rushed. We had Jeremiah entered into the 15 day program, every day we received a video update of Jeremiah's progress, Mariana was always available no matter what day or hours to answer questions of provided specific updates. Fifteen days later we went to pick up Jeremiah and met his trainer Adrian,we were astonished, he was a new dog, obedient, trusting and even more loving. Adrian showed a real love for our dog, he spent an hour and a half explaining in detail the hows and whys of the training, walked us through how to continue the training. This training was a substantial amount for us but it was worth every single penny. For us trust was paramount in selecting a trainer and GIFMAF was 100% more than what we could ever have wanted. We are very pleased to have made the decision to take our dog, Jack, to GIFMAF! From the training done over a year ago to regularly having Jack stay anytime we have to travel, I can't say enough good things about this place. The trainers and staff are a delight, always attentive and quick to respond to any question. More importantly, our dog Jack loves going and spending time at GIFMAF. He always comes back smelling incredible, as they always give him a bath before pick up. Highly recommended!!
