Vaughn upon enrolling in our program you had told us that you were struggling with your stays, recall, and getting into Down positions. When we first encountered your family- our trainer was very transparent about the process and what you would learn. Our basic obedience package is centered around communication obedience cues and proper socialization. During our time with you - you are assigned homework videos and held accountable via submissions. We noticed you had not submitted HW videos regularly as required. This is a crucial part of the process to maintain functional forward momentum. In order to learn more you must first master the basics at home, outside, and then in public. Weekly you wanted to push- do more and go places. <br>You also negectled to mention learning the place cue, and your guidance for getting her better at that. Or the greetings we practiced with our trainers two personal dogs and an additional person recruited to come to you. You also neglected discussing the skills taught in the leave it training. <br>As for the dog we also discussed with you the importance of consistency - that doing the work and having everyone on the same page was crucial. At multiple sessions you had stressed that there was problems with that due to babysitters for your dog. We encouraged you to get them on the same page or choose which was most important for them to uphold and have them do that . We fixed crate issues, and we went over breed specific enrichment. Like burrowing and finding things for your Doxie girl. We also discussed the leash training at several appointments - which were not sent in homework videos. We do not support Yanking on puppies or any dogs for that matter . Anything you pursue that you see on you tube regarding this is at your own detriment/success. We advise a 180 degree turn with a vocal guidance "lets go" as this is also on the hand out that defines what that cue means as well as when to use it. I think you are correct a lot of information exists on you tube to properly & improperly train your dog. And is why a lot of clients call they have tried it and struggle or dont like/understand it. Misinterpreting what someone else is telling you and seeing similarity is ok. I find it disheartening that you feel we did not deliver the expectations that were explained weekly, asking you after every sessio " how are we doing " , " do you guys have any questions" ... During training there was no escalation or complaint. So how can we serve you well as a client without proper communication, adherence to the HW policy, and talking out the frustrations we experience in training. We would be happy to restart the program for you . Complete with any materials you may have deleted or lost. I think being frustrated you're not getting results as fast as you want is ok and the Gnawty Dog Team is happy to work through that with guidance and advice. During your time with us - you had and still have the phone numbers to speak directly with your trainer during the individual training sessions, weekly/daily, and after. There was a group chat with both of you and we provided feedback to your submissions. We encourage all of our clients to reach out and come to us with any problems they have . We have not heard from you until now ? I would like to thank you for your review, Not everyone can be happy with everything all the time . I appreciate your passion and effort to continue training with your dog. According to your view it sounds like we served you fairly, but maybe didnt meet all of your needs and that is ok. I think gnawty dog academy delivered to standard. As per the contract, evaluation, and expectations that were discussed weekly and before we ended lessons. Our trainer even offered a free lesson after the last one as well because in her words " I could see they weren't happy but weren't communicating " We are happy to discuss restarting this package from scratch 9892942421.

Ducky is a special lady with a very independent and intelligent he'd on her shoulders, so dogs need less training and more skill building! You guys did fantastic and took on some challenges that were not easy to tackle n lessons ! And You rocked it . You took advantage if all the resources and communication ! You set yourself to task and executed even when ut as hard you were tired or had stuff happening. This commitment and dedication is why we were able to make such big progress n such a short time . Our pets are a part of our lives families and home, ducky is lucky to have such a caring and dedicated back to see it through with her . Way to go ! Keep sending all the pics and updates !
