Absolutely! Our training is all about encouragement, praise, and treats – making learning enjoyable for both dogs and their humans. Every pup deserves a happy learning experience! We teach you about the developmental stages your puppy is in and what is appropriate for your puppy at that stage. When your puppy is ready, we'll add consequences for non-compliance. Those consequences are much like consequences we use with children today. Never ever anything scary, painful or intimidating. We'll never set you up to break trust and crush deepening the bond between you and puppy.

Most group puppy classes are held at our state-of-the-art puppy school in Eden Prairie, but we also offer outdoor sessions and even private in-home lessons. Yes, and you’re not alone! We create a supportive, gentle environment where every dog can grow at their own pace. Our trainers are patient and understanding, and we’ll work together to build your dog’s confidence. In fact, the entire classroom gets involved when the time is right and we all cheer you and your puppy on with every little step of accomplishment. The entire classes hearts are typically stolen by our sweet shy pups.

You can sign up for an individual 5-week class for $185, but we recommend checking out our full class packages. Each class is 45 minutes long. Over the years, we’ve found that 45 minutes is the sweet spot for class length. Your puppy is guaranteed to go home tired, but he won’t be overworked. We’re working around your pup’s developing attention span, and ensuring that he enjoys his time in class.

Life happens! Clients who have purchased any of our class packages are eligible for one free make up session per level. They can also call on one of our puppy nannies for an additional fee. We will pick up your puppy and take him to class, where an experienced trainer will bang out reps and give him lots of lovin’. If you have registered for a single class only, we offer make-up sessions when available for an additional $25. If all else fails, you’ll still be able to complete the work at home thanks to our weekly homework and class recap emails.
