Go Dog Agility New Jersey

I was SHOCKED at the difference in my two, yes I said TWO, Australian Cattle Dog pups after two hours with Sue. I had done basic obedience training with my first and though he did listen for the most part, he still took full control. When I brought another pup into the picture, he regressed. He became nervous, uneasy, aggressive with other dogs and just someone unmanageable. After spending some time with Sue, his entire demeanor change. He was attentive, he was more relaxed, ready and willing to let me take control. Sue helped me understand the mistakes I had made in the past and the habits that I had formed, making it difficult for me to be a "leader". I have realized I was not only making things harder on myself, but for both pups. At only four months old, my newest addition has become quite the handful - He growls, barks and jumps all over anything and everything. He is extremely territorial over toys, treats, food, and myself. Sue gave me great tips on managing the two and making sure they both know not only how to respect each others space, but mine as well. Again, this was after only two hours! Our morning routine was a breeze this morning, while incorporating some of the things we've learned. I am so hopeful for my two dingo's future at Go Dog Agility and SUPER excited for our next session. Until then, I will be singing my praises to anyone that will listen!
