Golan Dogs

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Golan over the past three months, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Our lovable, but at times unruly, Golden Doodle (Kevin), who tips the scales at nearly 90 lbs., has made remarkable progress thanks to Golan's expertise. We initially reached out to Golan with some specific concerns about our doodle's behavior. He had a tendency to pull on the leash during walks, struggled with basic commands, and was often too enthusiastic around other dogs/people, making off-leash encounters a challenge. Perhaps the most impressive transformation occurred during off-leash interactions with other dogs. Golan provided a safe and controlled environment for our doodle to practice proper dog etiquette. Over time, he became more relaxed and socially adept around other dogs, making trips to the park and dog park a breeze. Golan has been a game-changer for our family and our beloved Golden Doodle. Golan did an excellent job teaching us the foundational principles needed to start off on the right foot with our new goldendoodle puppy! We had the grand idea of bringing home a puppy to an already chaotic home with a toddler, but with Golan’s guidance we were able to get through it fairly well! Golan tailored the training to ensure we addressed priority training items based on our needs, which for us was ensuring Zeus and our toddler have a good relationship with set boundaries! We had our final training session, and cannot believe this is the same puppy (full of energy and quite mouthy) we brought home just a few months ago.

Golan is simply amazing! We took an 8 class package to tackle our dog’s walking issues in downtown areas. This included picking up food on the street, greeting other dogs, distractions, and over-excitability. Golan’s approach not only fixed the walking problem but also helped us manage pup’s anxiety, foster healthy dependency, and simplify training. We’re now off treats and commands during walks (which we were heavily reliant on) in just a couple of weeks. Thanks to Golan, we’re happier, more confident, and can take pup to more places like dog parks and dinners. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience working with Golan! He helped us work with our dog Mila on her reactivity towards other dogs while walking on the leash. Even after one session we noticed a huge change, and after four sessions she is now able to interact with other dogs with few issues, and walking her is so much less stressful without her going crazy and reacting aggressively every time she sees another dog. We can tell she is a lot happier now as well, and really loves going for walks. Golan was very professional and flexible with us, and did a great job of explaining dog psychology and behavior patterns. We would definitely recommend his training program!
