Good Boy

We were so impressed with GoodBoy and their services. We thought we needed some basic training for our sweet rescues, but discovered some added emotional and confidence building was needed as well. Goodboy helped train us (humans) too in a positive way. Our dogs went from barking, leash pulling hot mess labradors to calm happy well adjusted furry friends that are fun to have around. Highly recommend Goodboy!

Ben has now worked with two of our dogs. Our little yorkie and our giant lab. Each has very different personalities and behavioral needs. Watching Ben interact with both of them has been amazing. He is such a good instructor and our dogs have both responded very well to him. They say you can not teach an old dog new tricks- but Ben has proven that wrong twice over. My labs behaviors were definitely my fault- but Ben has never judged me and has been so encouraging. As my confidence and knowledge as an owner has increased, our dogs behavior has improved. I feel so much more joy in the time I spend with my dogs because I am not feeling fear of being unable to manage their behaviors. I would 100% recommend him if you have a rescue, are moving and need to make adjustments, have a puppy, or just feel at a loss in how to get your dog to stop bad habits. What I like the most is how he structures his sessions and meets my dogs in my home or whatever environment they need to learn in. He explains why your dog is acting a certain way, how to stop that behavior, and ensures you understand so you and your dog can work on it until the next session. It's truly been an amazing experience thus far!

Remy had so much to work on and I honestly thought they would come to my home and tell me I had no business owning a dog lol Quite The opposite happened, Remi has learned so much in such a short time, and we have learned how to focus her energy so she uses it to get exhausted and decreases her destructive behavior! I am so impressed with Lindsey, all the tips and tricks that she’s taught me. Remi seems to be learning fast and developing muscle Memory to what she has learned. Being a larger breed even though she’s a puppy she looks like a big dog and my biggest concern is that I don’t want her to hurt somebody.. I would recommend Good Boy To anyone who needs a little extra help with obedience I like to call it puppy manners. 🐶😉
