FirstBarkDeborah is anything but "zen." She dragged a confused puppy on the ground by their leash and wagged her finger in another's face saying "if you do that again I'm going to pop you." There would probably be more people blowing the whistle on this business but she has people sign a nondisclosure form at the first class stating that they won't post disparaging reviews. I didn't sign it.

We met Deborah in passing at a park when I apologized for my small dogs' aggressive reaction. She asked if we wanted to do anything about it and I said yes. We enrolled in classes with her and it changed our relationship with our pups. After a few lessons with Deborah, our outings to the park are now more smiles and laughs rather than apologies to strangers. Deborah is great. The lessons we learned made our ability to communicate with our girls much better. 10/10 strongly recommend.
Deborah is a wealth of information and experience and has been so helpful already with the 2 one on one classes we’ve had with her and our pup! So grateful for her guidance and I’m confident we’ll have a well behaved dog thanks to her!
Deborah and Joe have taught us so much about how to train our dogs to keep them safe and happy. Our dog is particularly fearful and they were so great about working within her boundaries while also pushing her to get better!
Deborah is fantastic human being and a Delight to work with, she is highly skilled in her field and brings a peaceful relationship to her clients and their furry family members.
