Our rescue dog Cookie is an highly energetic albeit anxious puppy whose high prey drive caused her to jump on everyone. Wesley worked his magic over 10 days to help Cookie transform so she could appropriately engage with us & others. He taught her basic commands and more that set her up (and us!) for success. On our first meeting, we could immediately tell Wesley is very good at what he does and that his passion for dog is infectious! I’m so thankful for Good DaweG’s training! Wesley was so attentive with Coco. He also customized the training specifically for her. For example, Coco would go after waitress’ towels, so he took her to bars to train. She would also rush some goats in our neighborhood, so he took her to the lot to work with them. Coco was very tenacious, and I now have methods to get her under control. I also loved watching the daily Instagram stories while I was away. I could tell she was having a good time! I’m so thankful for the training, and the results exceeded my expectations!

Wesley was fantastic with our Great Pyrenees, Poppy! After a 10 day board and train she is much more responsive to our corrections and knows all of her new commands. Now, despite her size she is great with not only our 3 children but also our small senior dog. Definitely, worth the investment!

He was so great with Kora and kept us in the loop the entire time. He was also extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had and we knew from the start that our girl was in great hands. We would highly recommend Wesley and Good Daweg for training. We were extremely impressed by everything he was able to teach Kora in just 5 days!

Our rescue Maggie loved her training with Wesley at Good Daweg. Beagles are not easy to train, and rescues often come with prior trauma, but Wesley was patient, caring, and transformed our little girl (and us) in a matter of 5 days. The board-and-train program is an amazing foundation, and we will be repeat clients for sure. We came with a sweet but anxious pup with a strong prey drive and left with a focused, engaged dog who was eager to please and show off her new skills. Wesley took the time to teach us how to maintain our dog's new skills and be the owners she deserves. Highly recommend to anyone in Houston who is looking for a dog trainer who cares about long-term success of his students (both pups and their parents)!
