Good Dawg Training LLC

We were looking for more training for our crazy Boston Terrier, when I came across a group class offered by Good Dawg Training. We signed up, hoping to help our dog overcome some behaviors and fear. Unfortunately, the class had to be cancelled, but Colette was very kind and offered us private sessions instead. We were excited about this opportunity since we knew we would get way more out of it one on one. We have had only 4 sessions and we can already see huge progress. Colette was very kind, professional, knowledgable, caring, and always took the time to explain things in a way we understood so we could continue training on our own. We look forward to continuing training with Good Dawg Training in the near future. We highly recommend Colette and her positive reinforcement style of training.

Working with Colette was such a great experience. I have a very reactive (and strong!) dog, and she gave me the tools, strategies, and most importantly, the confidence to work with Buster on his reactivity. Colette came to my house and worked with us on games and training we can do at home to help Buster with his focus and calmness. We also did sessions outside in public areas, which was where I needed the most support and confidence building. She really helped me feel more comfortable and secure, to the point where I am no longer worried about a potential reaction when walking my dog. Instead, I now feel prepared and know what to do if we encounter a situation where Buster might react. Additionally, his reactions overall have greatly improved! And the best part is all of the training is fun for Buster. It was really important for me to find a trainer that uses all positive and force-free techniques, and Colette was a perfect fit for us.
