Good Dog Center

Nobody EVER answers the phone. Went to the office n purchased a collar n the lady was the ruddest person, just sooo rude. Told me if I didn't buy the collar she couldn't get it back on, n acted like I was going to steal it. I pd, then the rude got rudder, n she refused to help me. My dog was pulling then she got verbally ruddest about my dog, n she was saying something that I didn't hear, then she got even rudder than that n I walked out. Then the piece was so hard to get off I lost it when I finally got it 20 mins later because I was so pissed about how rude. Waste of gas time n money. I was told she was the owner, n every1 complains how rude she is, n after that I was going to take all the classes I could, but now I will go elsewhere n give some1 else my money.
