Cannot recommend Terie and her team enough! From the initial consultation to the last session, you can just tell Terie is super passionate and genuinely cares for your dogs. Before the board and train program, I had no control over my dog, he had a little bit of behavior problem and our walks would involved a lot of pulling and tugging and reactivity with other dogs. He also had resource guarding issues which made it more stressful for when my family or friends help watch him. After the program, he is at a much more calmer state but is still his silly self. He’s not as anxious and reactive towards every little noise from outside. I love how three 2hr lessons are included in this program so we can also learn and practice with our dog, my mom and dog sitter was also able to sit in on the lessons! We’re very excited to continue the training at home and can’t wait to board my dog with them in the future, he loves it there!

Not only did she teach my young dog manners and discipline, but she taught me how to be a better pet parent and advocate for my dog. From the very beginning, the communication was excellent, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about my dog’s success and well-being. The transformation was remarkable. My dog came home more confident, attentive, and responsive, with noticeable improvements in obedience, manners, and overall behavior. We had such an amazing experience with Terie and her Good Dog! staff. Our dog, Birdie, struggled with fearful and aggressive behaviors and we were running out of ways to support her. We worried we would never be able to go out of town and to leave her with a dog sitter. Terie kept us informed throughout all of her training with videos and it was amazing to see the transformation! Terie not only helped Birdie develop confidence, she coached our family on how we can continue to support her at home. Terie even helped coach our dog sitter on how to support Birdie when we are not there! I can’t thank the Good Dog! Team enough. Birdie is able to lead a happy and calm life thanks to them :)
