5 stars doesn’t even begin to describe the incredible work that Good Dog does. Before sending our chocolate lab Bailey to Terie and her team, she could NEVER just lay down and chill with us and she had absolutely zero impulse control. Counter surfing and other attention-seeking tendencies were a huge problem for us. Not to mention that we wanted to give her the physical and mental stimulation that she needs, but she was so out of control that we could hardly do anything with her. After Good Dog’s training, we have the tools to fulfill Bailey’s physical and mental needs so that she no longer feels like she has to act out, she feels safe in a more structured world, and knows she’s not the boss!!! We have absolutely loved our experience with Good Dog training and coaching. Absolutely life-changing!! I HIGHLY recommend, you will NOT be disappointed and your dog will thank you!!!

Good Dog Coaching worked a miracle with my 10 month old Golden-doodle, Beau! He had so many behaviors that I had considered “cute”, and I would excuse them saying “Oh, he’s just a puppy!” Well, by the time he was 10 months, he was jumping on everyone, trying to chew the leash when we walked and most of the time took ME for a walk! He would mouth when he played with anyone, counter surfed, chewed on shoes, jumped on furniture (uninvited), and barked at EVERYTHING! He demanded attention at ALL times! Then…. I called Terie with Good Dog and she suggested the Board and Train 4 week course. I admit, I was hesitant, but now I am so thankful I did it! Beau 2.0 is AMAZING! He is loving and pleasant to be around! We are able to go on 3 mile walks together with him walking alongside me. He greets people when it is appropriate. When we play, he can calm down when asked. No more counter surfing, no more mouthing and barking. People enjoy being around him! Terie and Gina at Good Dog Training were a Godsend! They train your pet in the home environment and teach them how to be a fun, loving, and obedient member of the family! Good Dog Coaching is truly the Best of Gwinnett!

Terie is amazing! We brought home a beagle puppy earlier this year and wanted to make sure that he was well trained and not nipping at or jumping on our young children. We opted to have him trained privately in our home. From the moment Terie showed up, we saw immediate results and after our very first session, it was like we had a whole new dog! Terie is very sweet, personable, professional and a natural with dogs. She listened to our questions and concerns and helped us tackle the areas that we wanted to focus on. I am not sure who enjoyed our sessions more, us or the dog! We constantly get compliments on our dog's behavior now and that is a testament to the training from Terie and the drills that she taught us to reinforce the lessons that were learned.
