As a service animal, Ciara needs to be steady, reliable, confident, and happy in all kinds of public environments. She has an incredible temperament and is remarkably calm and dependable wherever we go. I truly believe the foundation Otto helped build has made all the difference. Otto has been amazing to work with! Our Giant Schnauzer has quite a bit of anxiety, especially in public, and Otto has been incredibly patient and knowledgeable in helping him become more comfortable and confident.
