Good Dog Enrichment & Training

I can't say enough good things about this place. The trainers and all the staff are incredibly patient, positive, and caring. I signed up for the deluxe package which included 2 private lessons and 2 weeks of day training. The private lessons were so incredibly helpful. I just can't get over how good these folks are to work with. Every lesson gave me things I could easily take home and work on. The day training was equally amazing. My dog made a lot of progress during his two weeks with them. The amount of thought, care, and attention they put into every day is remarkable. During the full day, he'd get some play time, some rest time, enrichment activities, and focused group training. And every day I'd get a report card and video showing what they worked on so I could work on the same things at home. If you want your dog to have a positive training experience AND walk away with some real skills, bring them here. It's just a wonderful, wonderful place.

I brought my 1 year old people reactive German Shepherd (Curry) to Good Dog Enrichment and Training about a year ago. Cait, Justin, Cierra, and the whole Good Dog Team have (non-dramatically) changed our lives. My pup was anxious and fearful of soooo many things. Good Dog gave Curry and myself the tools to live the kind of life that we find joy in! They are incredibly knowledgeable, positive reinforcement trainers that really put care into your dog’s well-being and training goals. They combine day-training with incredibly helpful homework videos that gave me the tools to continue practicing, and even building, Curry’s skills (and mine). With their help we were able to spend a whole summer traveling (meeting new people and dogs the whole way through). Thank you Good Dog!!!!

We have 2 dogs, 10 and 2. . We have been to dozens of training sessions with our older dog and spent almost $1000 on a 2 week training with our younger dog. My younger dog is very stuborn, nothing has ever worked so well. Walking with our 2 dogs has always been extremely stressful. our dogs are both very reactive to other dogs. In just 1 visit we learned how to get them to walk beside us, how to take back control with our dogs and how to get them to ignore the other dogs while on walks. We still have a lot to work on but we have never felt more confident that we might one day have 2 good dogs! I love their approach to training too, Its all positive and does not use, shock, pinch or choke collars. Its extremely simple with out too many commands to remember! My husband and I have so much on our plates, but this training is fun and easy to remember. We signed them up for a 2 week training program, our trainer ( Cait i think) has already came up with a specific training program for each of our dogs based on what she saw and what we want. With the other training program that we did at another facility, they just had a blanket program that every dog had to follow. Im excited to have a program that is custom to my unique dog. I was also surprised by the price, they were very affordable and had lots of options for any budget. I have been recomending Good Dog Enrichment Training to everyone I know, I am so excited to send my pups to school this winter!
