We enjoyed our experience and especially appreciated the opportunity for our little guy to socialize with other dogs and people. His confidence around new friends has definitely improved, and he always looked forward to class. We also picked up some very helpful training tips and exercises to continue practicing at home. We brought our puppy to the group training and Adelita really helped train Elliot. She also worked with me and my wife so we could continue to work on skills and behaviors with him outside the classes. Elliot has made really big improvements since being in the training class. We’ve also met a ton of great dogs and dog parents at the lessons and pack walks. On top of everything she’s very professional, knowledgeable, and does pet sitting and grooming too. Best part is we really trust her.

We originally signed up our rescue dog for this training to address his reactive behavior. On top of massive improvement, I also noticed that my dog was less anxious when he was left with my partner. When we first got the dog, I spent more time with him so I was his favorite human. With my partner going through the training, our dog listens more and feels more at ease taking direction. The tools we learned we use daily. Also our dog seems overall happier and well adjusted because of the training as well as the additional pack walks. Also the last day we got the most amazing goodbye gifts. It's obvious Adelita is wonderful at her job and is passionate about the importance of her work.

I had such a great experience with Good Dog K9 Training and Services during their 6-week obedience course. My puppy and I both learned so much, and it truly exceeded my expectations. Our trainer, Adelita, was fantastic. She was incredibly kind, organized, and always responsive to questions both during and outside of class. You can tell she genuinely cares-not just about training dogs, but about making sure dog parents feel confident and capable as well. The curriculum was really well thought out and built progressively each week, which made it easy to practice and reinforce at home. Adelita took the time to explain the “why” behind each technique, which made a huge difference in actually understanding how to train my pup effectively. By the end of the six weeks, I saw a noticeable improvement in my puppy’s behavior and, just as importantly, in my own ability to work with them. It felt like a true partnership and learning experience. Highly recommend this program to anyone looking for structured, supportive, and effective dog training!
