Josh is a fantastic trainer and has a world class boarding facility. We take our black lab there on a weekly basis and we call it the dog country club. Having boarding with a combination of training is the best of both worlds. If your dog needs a lot of space to run around with a trained professional, this is the place for you.

I took my pudel-pointer (a hunting breed with very friendly temperament) there for an "assesment" to potentially board her in the future. All was going well until the end when we were in the kennel area where there were two other dogs. I guess he wanted to see how she reacted in a kennel and around multiple dogs (3 including his). He let the other 2 dogs out inside the kennel area and they ran at my dog and jumped at her. My dog growled at them and they then started to play as they got outside. He then said "she failed." I said "failed what" and he repeated it and said that she couldn't board there. I thought that was bizarre but said ok. I can understand and accept that he has his criteria but my dog is as friendly as they get and has never been in a dog fight. Anyway, what really bothered me was that he struck my dog in the face for whatever reason while in the kennel area (prior to other dogs being out). Well, I have my criteria also and I don't believe in striking a dog. So, "he failed." This was just my experience...you be your own judge.
This is top tier pet boarding in Bozeman, MT. If you want your dog to be safe, have fun, and enjoy their time away from you, then Good Dog is the place. The facilities are incredibly clean and cozy! Thank you Josh for taking such good care of my dog.
