Good Dogz KC

Good Dogz KC absolutely transformed my little French Bulldog Frankie! I adopted him at 8 years old, and let’s just say I didn’t realize I was living as his hostage. He used to bite anyone who came near, had barrier aggression, barked, bit me when I closed the door or left the house, just a true menace and I was at a loss. He completed the 4-week board and train program and Frank is truly a new dog! Andrew and Jahaira are amazing at what they do. They are incredibly communicative, the environment is similar to your own home, and they gave me all the tools to keep Frankie in line post-training! The vet doesn’t recognize him, my friends don’t recognize him, I even barely recognize him! So grateful to Good Dogz KC for changing both our lives for the better. I would send another dog through their program without question!

My ornery one year old lab mix was running my household for 6 months—and my husband and I were sick of it! So we started our search for dog training options. Luckily, we came across Andrew and Jahaira! I could tell right off the bat that they were extremely knowledgeable and confident in their ability to turn our stubborn doggy into an obedient one without stifling his goofy personality. We discussed our family goals to walk the dog in public without pulling and to stop the jumping, mouthing, and barking. And we decided it was best for our dog to do a month long board and train to let Andrew and Jahaira really learn what makes him tick. When our dog came back home, I felt astonished that he listened and followed through with our commands! Andrew and Jahaira took the time to explain how to fulfill our dog’s need to hunt, our quick daily training, and reviewed a mock schedule for us to follow and incorporate into our daily routine. We’ve been following through with the trainers’ recommendations and life is SO much easier! I’m enjoying my time with my dog and feel like we’ve bonded more with him. He’s such a good boy! We just needed some help to make sure all of his needs were being met. I no longer fear going to the vet or encountering another dog. I trust Andrew and Jahaira with all future dog training related needs! They’re the best!

I can’t say enough about Good Dogz KC! From start to finish they were amazing to work with and extremely patient. They made me feel at ease loving my two dogs with them and took amazing care of them in addition to training. My kids and neighbors are in shock at the difference with the dogs. And they taught all of us how to continue what they taught. Again, amazing experience and I am so glad to have met them.
