Andrew is THE BEST. I just started dog training with him, but was sold after my initial meet and greet. He was patient, kind, took the time to get to know me and my dog and spent time explaining how the process worked. When I let him know the concerns I had with my dog he helped me pick the program best suited for me and did not try to up sell anything. He is honest, kind, generous with his knowledge and time and is very friendly and personable. I have seen first hand from videos and with dogs he had present when I was there what he can do with his talents. I trust him, but more importantly my dog trusts him. I told him my work schedule is not ideal and he has bent over backwards to accommodate me to get me and my dog in for class. He is the exact type of small business our community needs and I whole heartedly support him and encourage anyone and everyone to consider him and his services. There is no other dog trainer I would ever hire or recommend. Andrew is and will always be my #1.

I had a great experience with GoodK9 Academy’s board and training program for my puppy. The trainer took his time to evaluate and took great care of her keeping me updated throughout her stay. I have noticed huge improvement in how calm and focused she is on walks as she was leash reactive which has made it easier for me to handle her around other dogs. Highly recommend goodk9 academy for any training needs.

I am amazed at my pup’s transformation! She can now walk outside without barking at dogs and lunging for squirrels so our outside time is much more enjoyable! She went from being extremely rambunctious outside to walking right by my side. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to train their doggo!!

Absolutely loved my experience with this training program. My 10-month-old Shetland Sheepdog puppy Chase, came in with a lot of energy and some stubborn habits, and I’ve seen such a positive change. Andrew who started off training Chase for his 4 1-hour sessions was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to explain why things work, not just what to do. Chase also had a chance to train with David in the day training program. David was incredibly patient and tailored everything to my puppy’s personality and energy level. What I appreciated most was how much they involved me in the process—teaching me how to reinforce the training at home. The turnover lesson at my house was a huge help especially since Chase listened very well at the facility and then once he got home it was a different story. I’ve seen a huge improvement in focus, listening, and overall behavior not only outside but inside too. It’s made daily life so much easier and more enjoyable. Worth every penny. Literally couldn’t have done this without them. Thank you!!
