Mr. Brooks has been very easy to work with. From our first consultation and to his board-and-train service to doggy daycare to simply boarding, our girl always seems excited to see him or visit his facility. (It doesn't hurt that she always seems to be just a more "trained" after every visit, either.) It's obvious he cares for all of his "clients" as though they're his own. Mr. Brooks has been the only boarder/daycare/trainer we've used -- we have no reason to look elsewhere.

She is 4.5 now and she LOVES when she gets to go stay with Grandpaw James and I love that she loves going! I am at ease when we leave her with Grandpaw James because we know she is cared for and loved when she is there. I know that Grandpaw James and his family treat her as one of their own. She gets a lot of playtime with other pooches and has better manners when she gets home than when I left her : ). Grandpaw James is very reasonable, he is so patient with the dogs and you can tell that he truly loves what he does!!

I can’t say enough on what a truly rewarding experience it has been to work with James. We had lots of issues with our new rescue, everything from potty training to assimilating into our family of older dogs and people. James has kind and compassionate training strategies that has allowed us to be confident in working with our Finley to help him to achieve becoming a happy, and well-behaved dog. I have appreciated all the communication we have had during sessions, phone calls and texts, to answer all my questions and concerns as they have arisen. His daycare has worked wonders for Finley’s pack manners and he gets so excited to see James during our sessions or when he dropped off at daycare.James shows that he cares and we know we have a coach and friend for life!
