We have been bringing our dog Sunny to Grateful Dog for the past seven years—since he was a puppy—and it has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for both him and us. From daily boarding to classes and training, the entire experience has been exceptional. Sunny absolutely loves going to Grateful Dog. He has built such a wonderful community of dog friends there, and every time he comes home he’s happy, relaxed, and pleasantly tired (which is a win for everyone!). What we appreciate just as much is the peace of mind it gives us. Knowing Sunny is in a safe, loving, and well-managed environment allows us to fully focus on work when we need to. It’s been a game-changer for our routine. The team is truly special. Caroline, Cassidy (who is fantastic with training), and Stephanie are all incredibly caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. It’s clear they genuinely love the dogs and treat them like their own—and the dogs feel it. We’ve also trusted them with boarding, and Sunny has always been well cared for and happy during his stays. Grateful Dog is more than just a daycare—it’s a second home for Sunny. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.

We asked around after we got our puppy and was looking for a place for training. Our choice was Grateful Dog. Met Caroline and she spent much time with us on what training they do as well as daycare. We chose their board and train. An option we are very happy with. Since then we have had doggy daycare and additional training. We are very happy with our choice and would highly recommend Grateful dog. We are now doing rally training. So much fun and our dog loves it and can't wait to be there. Our dog has received the best training we feel. Caroline, Cassidy and Steph really know dogs and how to give the best training possible. They really, really care!!!!There day care is caring during the day. They work with the dogs during thier stay which is great! Highly recommend Grateful Dog

I am lucky enough to have recently worked with Caroline with my new puppy. Her kindness - to both people and animals - shines through in the way she interacts with both of us in such a gentle and respectful manner. Her unbelievable knowledge of dog behavior and focus on positive reinforcement training is fascinating to watch - within minutes she has the puppy doing something I never thought possible...wow!
