My experience raised serious concerns about both animal care and employee treatment. There was a consistent lack of transparency with pet owners regarding the condition of their dogs. Dogs showing clear signs of illness, including symptoms consistent with kennel cough (such as persistent coughing and nasal discharge), were still being brought into the facility without proper communication or precautions. The overall cleanliness of the facility was extremely poor. Dogs were often left sitting in their own waste for extended periods, and sanitation was not handled in a timely or appropriate manner. The environment itself was frequently dirty and, at times, outright disgusting, which is unacceptable for any place responsible for animal care. The condition of the facility itself was also alarming. A previous location was reportedly condemned due to severe mold issues, which raises concerns about overall cleanliness and safety standards across operations. Additionally, to my knowledge, the business was operating without proper licensing. Employee treatment was equally troubling. Staff were often mistreated, and there was little to no accountability when employees handled dogs inappropriately. Concerns about animal welfare or workplace issues were not taken seriously. There were also safety hazards within the workplace. At one point, the heat bill was not paid, and space heaters were run continuously throughout the building, creating a potential fire risk. Perhaps most concerning was the inconsistency in how animals were treated. It often felt like dogs received better care only if their owners were perceived as high-paying clients, which is not how any animal care business should operate. Overall, I cannot recommend this business based on my experience. I would strongly encourage pet owners to thoroughly research and ask detailed questions before trusting this facility with their animals.

Oh no! What could improve? Buyer beware. Your money will not be returned if you have to cancel. I gave 6 weeks lead time and Liz is claiming that if she cannot fill the spot my 1000$ will not be refunded. I was not informed of any cancellation fee. I will dispute with my credit card company and file with the BBB. Small claims if it is not settled. Not a good way to run a business Update Liz never did return my money, and I have received calls from others that she took advantage of. No Contract was sign until after Liz took my money. You can't enforce a contract that was not there in the first place. AS for contacting you on your personal page. Not sorry that is what happens when you don't respond
